Customized smart lamps for the park square
We received a request from a customer for customized special lamps. The project required the design and production of 30 sets of arc lamps in the park square. These lamps are not only unique in appearance, but also have an ultra-long service life of 30 years.
In order to enhance the experience of visitors, this lamp has specially added an intelligent color temperature adjustment function, which can automatically adjust the color temperature of the light according to the changes of the seasons. For example, in the hot summer, the lamp will present a 6000K cold white light, creating a cool atmosphere; while in the cold winter, the lamp will switch to a 3000K warm yellow light, bringing a warm and comfortable visual experience. This design aims to allow park visitors to psychologically gain a sensory enjoyment that is more in line with the seasonal atmosphere through the change of light, adding more humanity and technology to the park.
According to the needs of the customer, we proposed an innovative design plan to create this unique lamp with 304 stainless steel, which not only ensures the durability and corrosion resistance of the product, but also gives it a high-end texture. At the same time, the lamp is equipped with a dual-color temperature lamp head module, which can flexibly switch the color temperature of the light to adapt to different environments and seasonal needs.
In order to achieve intelligent control, we connected 30 sets of lamps to the Internet through 485 communication lines and installed a time controller in the control box. Our software engineers developed an intelligent program that can automatically adjust the color temperature of the lamps according to the time. For example, brighter cold white light is presented during the day, and soft warm light is switched to the effect at night, further enhancing the visual effect and practicality of the scene.
